Why Isn't My Video Uploading?

  • Video upload is dependent on WIFI speed. If your video is more than 10 minutes, uploading will likely take about 15 minutes (depending on the WIFI upload speed). Keep the App open to allow the upload to continue.

  • If the video still hasn’t been uploaded, check that your iOS is up to date. Pending iOS software updates can prevent the video upload.

  • Log in to your Medical Memory account and click on ‘My Videos’ you’ll see the Watchlist of videos you have not viewed yet. Videos to view again will be in Videos sent to me.

  • Videos expire at 90 days.  Please get in touch with us immediately if you want a video pulled from the auto-delete queue.

  • Once you tap ‘Save’ on the record screen your video will immediately begin to upload. To verify your video is uploading tap the upload cloud on the home screen in the upper right corner.

  • Uploading --- Uploading status means the video is still on the device and has not fully uploaded to the secure cloud. Open the Medical Memory app and the video queue will finalize any videos not uploaded

  • Transcoding --- This is the final step of uploading. Wait a couple more minutes and refresh your online dashboard, the status will change to Ready when ready to view.
